Industrial design
Huge Design partnered with startup Cheffy on the industrial design of EGOR, a countertop robot that cracks and cooks eggs. The challenge was to give a specialized invention the clarity and familiarity of an everyday kitchen appliance. Simple geometry, an approachable presence, and a compact footprint bring the idea into focus: a robot designed around one useful task. The collaboration helped Cheffy present its product to the public through a Kickstarter campaign that raised more than $1 million.

Robotics industrial design
One job. Designed around it.
EGOR takes a different path from the general-purpose humanoid. It focuses on a specific, repeatable task: making eggs. A forward-facing loading opening and integrated cooking base make that purpose visible. The design gives targeted robotics a familiar place in the home, with a clear benefit people can understand at a glance.

Product identity
Technology that feels at home.
Soft transitions, restrained materials, and a simple silhouette give EGOR the character of a kitchen appliance. The angled control surface faces the user, while the familiar pan grounds the automated process in an everyday cooking experience. Industrial design turns the underlying technology into a product people can picture on their own counter.

Startup to launch
A focused idea. A successful Kickstarter.
For a startup introducing something new, the product needs to communicate quickly. Huge helped Cheffy give its invention an approachable identity for its public debut. The EGOR Kickstarter campaign finished with $1,053,404 pledged by 4,238 backers, exceeding its $100,000 goal by more than ten times. View the completed campaign ↗
