Huge Design worked with Therabody to develop a distinct design language for its performance and recovery products. Tight geometry and robust proportions give the devices a confident physical presence, while a shared interface connects the experience across handheld therapy tools and compression systems. The design program brings together consumer electronics, ergonomics, and performance textiles to make sophisticated recovery technology easier to use.

Performance design language
Power expressed through form.
Theragun combines tight geometry with robust proportions to communicate capability. The familiar triangular grip gives the handheld device a recognizable identity, while carefully organized surfaces and controls keep attention on the points of interaction. A dark finish and precise accents distinguish the performance family from Therabody’s softer wellness products.
A familiar interface across the family.
A shared visual language connects Therabody devices through color, typography, and icons. The interface animation shows how clear displays and recognizable controls create a consistent experience across the performance family.
Technology and textiles
Recovery technology made wearable.
The compression products integrate smart pump technology and one-touch control with performance fabrics. The industrial design considers the relationship between the electronic components and the soft goods, bringing control within reach while maintaining a coherent visual identity. The result extends Therabody’s performance language from a handheld tool to a wearable recovery system.

Designed around the body.
Wearable recovery products need to feel comfortable as well as capable. The design brings structured electronic components together with flexible textiles, using clear seams and purposeful detailing to organize the product around the wearer. Integrated controls and a consistent material treatment help the technology feel like part of the garment.
